Deposit

We require a NZ $100.00 deposit to secure the booking. Balance of payment is due at least one week prior to arrival Booking Confirmation will be confirmed within 24 hours.

House Keys

Collection details will be forwarded with confirmation of the booking

Check in & Check out

Check in time is 2 pm
Checkout is 10 am

Cancellations

If you decide to cancel your booking:
Less than one month you will lose your deposit.
In less than 48 hours you will be charged for the entire stay.

Minor Breakages

Are unavoidable and we do not normally charge for accidental breakages of small items such
as glasses or crockery provided these are reported before you leave.

House damage

You are responsible for paying to remedy any damage to the holiday house
and it's contents. Please report these as soon as possible before you leave or we reserve the right to charge your credit card.
